While MacBeth's ruling in the original thread clarifies things somewhat (viewtopic.php?f=59&t=81334) I still have some questions. So, if I use Akodo Senzo's effect (Battle: Target another Personality and choose one of his base abilities; he may use it a second time this turn. You may take another Battle action.) and target Akodo Seiichi after Seiichi uses his Tactician ability (Tactical Battle: Bow Seiichi: Bow each unit opposing him with lower total Force than Seiichi's Force.), MacBeth said that in this case the rulebook limit of one Tactical action would come in to play.
Re-reading the cardinal rules, I come across this entry:
Cards vs. rules: If the text of any card contradicts these Comprehensive Rules, follow the card text, not the rules. Something that changes one aspect of a rule does not by itself change any other aspects of the rule.
So doesn't the Cards vs. Rules, er, rule let Senzo get around the Tactician limitation?
