According to the Rule Book:
"A Personality who has already been in an attacking army during a battle resolution in the current Attack Phase will not move to a Battle Field."
Does this mean I can NOT use card effects like Ring of Water and Suitengu's Gateway to bring a Personality who has been in an attacking army during a battle resolution in the current Attack Phase into an additional battle?
