can you use Matsu Naomasa's reaction while she is bowed by playing Paths of honor and glory? i said no you cant due to the timing of her reaction which states when she is targeted and bowed cards cand use their ablities unless they say they can am i right
also can you straighten her with the card if she is already unbowed to use her reaction using path of honor and glory?

No. Targeting happens before effects, so the effect will not straighten the card in time for the Reaction.
