Does the Ce version of Diagotsu's battle ability affect personality's with the Loyal trait? IE can he make Kei join his army after he has given her the shadowlands trait or does he just give her the Shadowlands trait and that is all? I was playing a friends spider deck and neither one of us knew how this would resolve?

Yes, in that such a Personality will gain the Shadowlands keyword, and no, in that such a Personality will not switch sides (unless they are Loyal to Spider).
