Just to clarify this: will Justly Earned Victory negate the effects of cards that award permanent force bonuses like Arrival of the Obsidian Champion and The Last One? It's my understanding that to negate means to 'end all on-going', so does this mean the force bonus granted by said cards would NOT return at the end of the turn?

Yes.
Correction: due to a major change in the Comprehensive Rules, now the negation effect from Justly Earned victory is ongoing and lasts until the turn ends. As a consequence the second answer above has become incorrect: the force bonus from Arrival of the Obsidian Champion or The Last One will return at the end of the turn, when this negation effect ends.
