I was wondering, if I have Doji Ayano in play, can I bring Doji Ayano experienced into play without overlaying the Doji Ayano that I have in play.
Here is a somewhat related question. If I am overlaying a personality, is there any way that I can gain honor from the personality entering play by paying 2 extra gold like I normally would once per turn for bringing an in-clan personality into play?

You'll note that Doji Ayano (basic) does not have the Unique keyword. You may have up to 3 copies of her, and 1 copy of her Experienced version, in your deck (and in play!) at the same time.
You may not gain honor for overlaying Ayano Experienced onto her basic version.
