Toturi's Tactics Reaction: After the resolution of a Battle action on a Strategy you played, target your Tactician: The card is placed on top of your Fate deck instead of in the discard pile.
Tactical, Tactician: An action with the Tactical keyword can only be performed by a Tactician Personality (see “Perform,” p. 35). Each Tactician can only perform one Tactical action per turn.
It seems to me that Toturi's Tactics WON't use up the targets tactician as it has no Tactical Keyword. Please confirm whether this is correct or not.
