Does the new sentence on the end of HouHous limited ability mean that you can not gain honour for bringing in further Houhous in the same phase. And does it effect honor gaining during that dynasty phase that turn. And if it is no to all those questions what effect does the sentence actually have.
Limited: If Houhou is honorably dead: She rises from the ashes. Bring her into play, paying 4 less Gold. If she entered play, gain 3 Honor (this is an Honor gain for entering play).

No and no.
And if it is no to all those questions what effect does the sentence actually have.
If any contingencies such as those on Proposal of Peace or Wardens should crop up in Celestial Edition, Houhou is already prepared to properly interact with them. For now, HouHou's final paranthetical matters not, as far as I can recall.

If i have 2 dead Houhous in the game, can i bring them both in the action phase and gain 6 honor?
After doing that, can i still gain honor for purchasing a personality for the printed amount of gold in the dynasty phase?

I am a little confused about the current rules regarding entering play for honor as it relates to Daigotsu Oki and Houhou.
The current short rulebook states on page 28 "If you aren't choosing to pay the 2 less Gold, you may choose to gain Honor equal to your aligned Personality's Personal Honor just before you bring him into play, once per dynasty phase."
It makes perfect sense then that you would also gain the 3 honor from the trait on Daigotsu Oki which states, "After Oki enters play: Gain 3 Honor." It also makes sense that Daigotsu Oki is an entering play honor gain (ie you gain the honor as the direct result of her entering play). From this we should be able to infer that entering play honor gains are not limited to once per turn and rather that honor gains as a result of the rule referenced above, during dynasty, are limited to once a dynasty phase.
Enter Houhou who's ability states "Limited: If Houhou is honorably dead: She rises from the ashes. Bring her into play, paying 4 less Gold. If she entered play, gain 3 honor (this is an honor gain from entering play).
First of all Houhou does not enter play during a dynasty phase so the rule on page 28 should not apply. Second, the portion in italics (which as I understand is supposed to reiterate the effects of a rule already in place??) merely state that Houhou generates an honor gain for entering play. Since the Daigotsu Oki case clearly shows it is possible to have multiple honor gains for entering play in even the same dynasty phase it follows that a Phoenix player bringing a Houhou in play during the action phase should also gain the 3 honor under the existing rules. If this is not the case and entering play honor gains are restricted to once a turn then the Daigotsu Oki honor gain should be exclusive to other honor gains. Or one of the two cards should be MRP'd to get the desired effect, perhaps by giving Daigotsu Oki the abillity Open: Once per game gain 3 honor or simply removing the honor gaining provision from Houhou's abillity.
I am told however that Houhou is treated as your once per dynasty phase honor gain (even though she enters play during the action phase) whereas Diagotsu Oki (which generates two honor gains on entering play for a Scorpion player) is not. It is unclear to me on how this application of rules can be considered consistent or how I would resolve similar circumstances on other cards. Can someone explain the logic so it is consistent in a way that sets an understandable precedent?
