A few quick questions,
Moshi Awako Mantis Clan • Thunder • Shugenja • Fist of Osano-Wo Ranged Attacks from Thunder actions Awako performs may target Personalities with attached Followers. Battle: Ranged 2 Attack.
Does her personal Ranged 2 Attack count as a Thunder action?
If she had attached an Oni-Daikyu, would bowing it for a Ranged 3 count as a Thunder action?
Would a Strategy card that produced a Ranged Attack that she was performing count as a Thunder action?

Does her personal Ranged 2 Attack count as a Thunder action?
It does not "count as", it is a Thunder action, per Ability and action keywords: "Any keywords on a card are inherited by its actions. Example: An action on a Ninja card is a Ninja action."

No.
Would a Strategy card that produced a Ranged Attack that she was performing count as a Thunder action?
No, unless the Strategy card itself or its ability being used has the Thunder keyword.
