"Equipping is a Battle/Open action for you. After the first Battle action resolves each turn that attached a card to one of your Personalities: You may take an additional Battle action."
If my opponent uses an Equip action on his turn, before he attacks me, that action being a Battle/Open for him, does that count as a Battle action? I ask because I remember in the past that the political portion of Whispered Rumors made the entire card political (though back in Lotus and a trait).
