Kami, entering play and honor requirements

[Yay for Open questions]

So, the Kami all have the text:

Will not enter play normally.

Then each has a method by which it can enter play, using its own text.

2 questions.

1) When meeting the requirements on the kami personality for entering play by its own text, must all other costs and requirements be met, such as honor requirements?

2) Can a card that brings a personality into play through non "normal" means, such as Unexpected Arrival, get around the Will not enter play normally. trait?

Example: I am at -2 honor. I have Shinjo face up in my province. It is the Attack phase, I am the Attacker, and there is a defending unit in the current battle. I also have a copy of Unexpected Arrival in my hand.

Shinjo: 0 Honor requirement. Will not enter play normally. Battle: If Shinjo is face-up in one of your Provinces, you are the Attacker, and there is a defending unit in the current battle, bring Shinjo into play in your army.

Unexpected Arrival: Battle: If any enemy units are at the current battlefield: Target a Personality in one of your provinces. Bring him into play at the current battlefield, paying 2 less Gold and ignoring his Honor Requirement.

Can I bring Shinjo into play via her own text? Can I do so using Unexpected Arrival?

Yes. Requirements are checked and costs must be paid for any Personality at any time you are bringing it into play.

2) Can a card that brings a personality into play through non "normal" means, such as Unexpected Arrival, get around the Will not enter play normally. trait?

Yes. Just as her own effect can bring Shinjo into play, any other effect that brings a Personality into play will also work (otherwise, she'd say, "Will only enter play from her own ability"). The prohibition on her entering play "normally" only applies to the normal way you bring Personalities into play; buying them in the Dynasty Phase.
