If Rekai is at the current battlefeild may I, for her second action, attach the follower onto a personality not at the current battlefeild?

Battle: Target a Follower in any discard pile. Permanently give it Shadowlands and Undead. Attach it to one of your target Personalities, paying all costs and ignoring Honor Requirement

Rule of Location says that targeted cards in units (like the Personality you'll be attaching the follower to) must be at the current battlefield.
