A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Ties happen so infrequently that their rules questions hardly come up, and ties featuring Dishonored Personalities on both sides are even more rare, so I am not surprised that my search-fu has not turned up the answer I was looking for.
This came up a couple of weeks ago. After a flurry of battle actions my opponent and I ended up tied with a dishonored personality on each side (Game of Sincerity is going to make that part of the equation more common).
How exactly is this resolved? Do we each simultaneously rehonor our whole armies and then kill them all, gaining zero honor in the process?

Pretty much. It's described under Honorable and dishonorable: There are a number of ways to rehonor a dishonorable Personality. * Before a player with one or more dishonorable Personalities in his or her army gains Honor ... from destroying opposing cards in battle resolution, all such dishonorable Personalities are rehonored and the Honor is not gained. In a tied battle, all dishonorable Personalities in an army are rehonored before being destroyed, and their army’s leader gains no Honor.
