i am just looking to clarify something if i use Wardens at one battlefield to lower the force of an opposing personality can i use doomed intentions to move to another battlefield and use it again..
the reason i am asking is because of the ruling on city of the rich frog which has similar wording is allowed to use its battle once at each battlefield.

Yes you may. Remember that card text can override normal rules. Wardens' Battle action and City of the Rich Frog's Battle action certainly are examples of this.
