On my turn, Proposal of Peace flips. On my opponent's turn, he buys Asako Keiki for full. He does not gain Keiki's personal honor, but does he gain honor from Keiki's reaction?

In the case of Proposal of Peace and Asako Keiki, isn't a Reaction contingent on the card entering play? Then, isn't the honor gain contingent on the Reaction?
Therefore, why can you not use Asako Keiki during Proposal of Peace?

To clarify, Proposal stops the honor gain, because the Honor gain from Keiki is contingent on entering play. (Fixed. Sorry, we've had a few communication issues on this one.)
