Hey All, Question about the new rules: Since "will not" and "may not" do not connotate negation, does this mean that "can not" is not negation as well (for the purposes of how Determination, as well as other cards, interact)? Thanks

The rules laid out for "will not" and "may not" in the GotE rules sheet are specific to those terms.
"Can not" and "cannot" are still negation, as per their definition here.
