Beniha's action reads: "Political Open: Target another player's Personality. After the first time this turn he assigns to attack or is destroyed, gain 3 Honor."
Kohaku's action reads: "Political Reaction: After you gain Honor from an action, bow Kohaku: Target another player. The player chooses whether you gain 1 Honor or he loses 1 Honor."
My question is two fold.
1) Can I use Kohaku's Reaction off Beniha's Open? and 2) If so, when do I use Kohaku's Reaction; When I use Beniha or when I gain honor from Beniha's action?

1) Yes.
2) After you actually gain the Honor.
