I end my turn by discarding a random card out of my province with an Overflowing Fields attached. Using the Fields' Reaction, I flip a random holding face up. I am allowed to than discard that card from my province?

Overflowing Fields and end of turn discarding
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. I end my turn by discarding a random card out of my province with an Overflowing Fields attached. Using the Fields' Reaction, I flip a random holding face up. I am allowed to than discard that card from my province?
http://rules.l5r.com/Sequence_of_play#Dynasty_Phase: "Before the Dynasty Phase ends, a player may discard any face-up cards in his or her Provinces, one at a time. If an effect refills these cards face-up, he may discard them again." Although Overflowing Fields does not refill face-up (it refills and turns it over), you still end up with a face-up card at that point, and nothing appears to prevent discarding again.
Note, however, that "After the player discards any cards this way, he or she cannot bring further cards into play from Provinces that phase."
