Well I checked my rulebook, there's no actual mention in there as to whether any personalities "perform" a share action.
However I'm almost CERTAIN I read in a rulebook at one of the koteis that there was actually a share ability along the lines of
"Once per turn, target your personality with an attachment: Transfer that attachment to another of your target Personalities".
That won't be word for word, but that was the jist of it. Anyway, there's no mention of it in my rulebook that I can find, however it's not the updated Banzai version. I wanted to find out whether soemone actually performs a Share action, and if so, who?

The Share ability (http://rules.l5r.com/The_Player#Player_Abilities) is: "Open: Bow one of your attachments: Transfer it to another of your target Personalities who can legally attach it."
Nobody's targeted between the two colons of an action. Nobody performs it.
