Can Pokku (xp) use his ability to take a Maga-yari?
He wishes! Those things are wicked heavy, and Kensai and Paragons have notoriously strong grips.
In seriousness, no he cannot.
His ability ignores restrictions, but Maga-yari's trait is a continuous effect, negating any transfer effect that attempts to move it.
Now, it's always legal for him to TRY to grab it. And who knows? He might just succeed one day... with a little Determination.
