Is the focus effect on Seeking the Path considered a spell effect for Ring of Air?

After you successfully resolve your third or later Spell or Kiho action in one turn from cards with different titles: You may put this card in play from your hand.

The Focus Effect on Seeking the Path produces an effect from a Spell but it will not help you to put the Ring of Air into play because this Ring's trait is triggered by the resolution of Spell (or Kiho) actions, not effects, and a Focus Effect indicates a trait, not an action (see below, emphasis added).

Glossary, Focus Effect: "A special boldface trigger for a trait that is activated if its card is face-up in the focusing area at the point in a duel when Focus Effects resolve. “Focus Effect” is not an action designator or a keyword."
