Hello I've read http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=61135&p=781424&hilit=temple+to+Temple+to+Shinsei+#p781424, and I don't really understand one thing: Temple to Shinsei says "target and bow a monk / shugenja personality you control and bow this card: gain 2 honor". Don't you have to follow the order of the text, and therefore bow the monk first, before bowing the temple?

You're correct that costs are paid in the order written. However, the most recent printing of Temple to Shinsei is not written as you say, and all cards are played according to their most recent printing (see Cardinal Rule #2).
Temple to Shinsei currently reads, "Limited: Bow this card and one of your target Monk or Shugenja Personalities: Gain 2 Honor." (Citation)
Temple to Shinsei says "target and bow a monk / shugenja personality you control and bow this card"
Not according to the Samurai Edition printing, which, to the best of my knowledge, is most recent.
