Something came up in a tournament and wanted to make it clear for me
I have a Taoist Archer attached to a personality, the opposing player destrys it with a Shinjos Courage, I react with Fortified Camp and reattach the follower.
a) If the Taoist Archer has already used his Ranged ability, can he use it again since it left play and reentered?
b) Does the force penalty from Shinjos Courage still affect the follower or it clears because he was destroyed and reentered play?

Being out of play is not enough for a card to lose "memory".
http://rules.l5r.com/Effects#Tracking_rule: "'Memory' of the status of individual cards ends when the card... becomes both face-down and out of play(.)" Emphasis added.
I'm adding my question on to something partially addressed in this thread.
When a the Taoist Archer re-attaches from effects like Fortified Camp or Yoritomo Harada, are you able to draw the card again?
Also, supposing you were able to play the Archer to draw a card, attach the Archer with a Fortified Camp and later with Harada's ability in the same turn, would you be able to draw three cards?

Taoist Archer Reaction: After this card enters play: Draw a card.
Fortified Camp Reaction: After another player’s action destroys one of your attachment cards or it’s Personality: Attach the card to one of your target Personalities (paying all costs).
Yoritomo Harada Recon Open: During battles at a target province this turn, you have the ability: "Reaction: Any number of times per turn, after one of your Personalities is destroyed: Target an attachment destroyed with him. Attach it to a target Personality in your current army (paying all costs)."

Not if it's the same turn, since that would contradict the rule on ability use being once a turn. Answer for the following question is the same.
