If my Asahina Ekei, whose base Personal Honor is 4, has 2 "+1 Personal Honor" tokens on him, he has 6 Personal Honor.
If he dies, and I react to his death with Kakita Noriko, would I gain 6 Honor, or would the tokens be 'forgotten' by the time I could use Noriko, as Noriko says "Reaction: After a Personality you control is destroyed[...]"

If your honorable Asahina Ekei with two +1PH tokens is destroyed during a battle or for losing a duel, his tokens are removed when he leaves play whereas your Kakita Noriko's Reaction is taken after he is destroyed, therefore you would gain 4 Honor.
Non-card physical game elements, Tokens: "If a card or province leaves play, all tokens on it are removed".
