Hi! I looked in the search but it doesn't seem to have been answered, so, here it goes:
Mirumoto Kei (Experienced): Other players can not take Reactions while this action is being targeted and resolved.
Assigning Blame: After one of your Personalities is destroyed, if you control a Courtier: Dishonor a target Personality. His controller loses 3 Honor; this loss can be negated but not reduced.
Can I play assigning blame after my personality dies as a result of Kei's duel? Is the duel considered to have concluded its resolution with the death of my personality, allowing me to legally take reactions to the death?

Ah, but it has.
I will grant you, it's not that easy to find. You want the third answer down in this thread, because Fortified Camp and Assigning Blame both trigger at the same time (after your Personality is destroyed).
