Unicorn Clan. Cavalry. Battle: If Suren is opposed: Target a Personality at any battlefield. Bow him or destroy one of his attachments.
I have Moto Joe opposed at province A and Moto Suren opposed at province B. I choose to fight the battle at province A first. Can i use Surens action to bow the emeny personality or destroy his attachment there?

No, sorry.
And that's because of the second part of the Rule of Location:
"1. Any cards in units must be at the current battlefield to be legally targeted by a Battle action.
2. If a Battle action is on a card in a unit (a Personality or attachment in play), the unit must be at the current battlefield in order to take that action."
Suren's ability's text, "Target a Personality at any battlefield" is an exception to the first part only, and you must satisfy both in order for the action to be legal.
(For all of that, see http://rules.l5r.com/Battles#Rule_of_Location in the CR.)

This is a question forMacBeth2001:
If you control 2 personalities opposed: one is Moto Suren in battlefield A and any other in battlefield B opposed too.
I can't see why I can't bow or destroy an attachment in a personality in the battlefield B if Moto Suren text says in any battlefield.
The problem is that as I see her own restriction let you to use her ability in battlefield B because she is opposed.
If you can't use her ability, how her ability must be writen to let you use it in battlefield B.

If a Battle action is on a card in a unit, the unit must be at the current battlefield in order to take that action.
Moto Suren's ability is a Battle action on a card in a unit.
Therefore, Moto Suren must be at the current battlefield in order to take that action.
