Relevant Text: Otomo Ouga Courtier • Imperial Reaction: Before you lose Honor from an action that targeted or was performed by your Personality: Ouga commits seppuku. Reduce the Honor loss to 1.
Soul Jar Limited: Bow this Personality: Lose 3 Honor. Target one of your dead Personalities. He enters play, waiving costs, with a +2F/-1C token and permanently has 0 PH. After the next time this game this Personality straightens or leaves play, destroy the target.
Question: Can I use Soul Jar to bring Ouga back, then use his reaction to seppuku the Soul Jar loss to 1?

Can I use Soul Jar to bring Ouga back, then use his reaction to seppuku the Soul Jar loss to 1?
No. If you use a Soul Jar to bring your dead Otomo Ouga into play, he enters play after you lose 3 Honor from Soul Jar's Limited action's first effect, therefore it is too late to use Ouga's Reaction because it must be taken immediately "before you lose Honor" (Ouga's text).
