A couple of questions for this weekend's Kotei in Utah, as I try to finish up my deck:
1. Will Words and Deeds be legal on June 21st? I know it's legal 30 days after the official release date, but I can't find when, precisely, that was... and I think it's close enough that the difference may be literally a day or two.
2. Are the Kotei 2008 promos (specifically Claimants to the Throne) legal in 2008 Kotei tournaments?

Your best bet is to contact the tournament organizers and ask them directly. My informal information was that 27 May was the release date -- everything before that was pre-release.
