Political Open: Target a Personality whose Honor Requirement is 5 points or more lower than your family honor. After the next time this turn an action card resolves that targeted one of your cards and that he performed, dishonor him and draw a card.
Does a personality with a dash honor reqirement have a 5 points lower honor requirement than a familiy honor defined by a number, like 6 for examples sake.
