Due to the text in the Spider Clan strongholds, they don't lose honor from Spider Clan cards. Does that refer to any text in Spider Clan cards, or only the entering-play loss?
Example: Chuda Chiaki says: After Chiaki is destroyed or dishonored: Permanently give her Shadowlands and lose 4 Honor.
Are Spider Clan players immune to the loss caused by Chiaki being dishonored or destroyed? Or will they still lose it because, even though the source is a Spider Clan card, it's caused by a triggered trait?
What would happen if it was an ability in a Spider Clan card causing an honor loss?
Spider Clan Strongholds say: You do not lose Honor from Fate and Spider Clan cards you own.

According to The Ruined City and The Spider's Lair, Spider Clan players do not lose Honor from Fate and Spider Clan cards they own. This includes all traits and abilities on such cards, as well as any entering-play Honor loss (see Glossary, From).
Are Spider Clan players immune to the loss caused by Chiaki being dishonored or destroyed?
Yes.
What would happen if it was an ability in a Spider Clan card causing an honor loss?
A Spider Clan player would not lose Honor. If the Honor loss is a mandatory cost of this ability, a Spider Clan player can not use it because it can not pay it.
