Isawa Ochiai Experienced full bleed doesn't have the SE kanji. (in fact she does have the lotus one, and the non full bleed version of her does not) does this means it is not SE legal? does this means that the one in SE decks is not legal either? (the full bleed is a MRP, isn't it?)
this is probably a involuntary omision, but just to set things in order i fear it must be ruled to be legal.

It shouldn't NEED to be ruled, but yes she is SE legal.
