Hi, sorry for asking about this, but we have a Kotei over here next weekend, and the erratum for Shosuro Adeiko will still not be effective so:
The situation is like this: I kill another player's personality with a Hired Killer, reacting with a copy of Determination to its anouncement. The other player also has a copy of Shosuro Adeiko in play. According the pre-errata text of her reaction, can she react to it after the Hired Killer is resolved?
Some of my mates say she can't since the personality never got to the discard pile, but Determination clearly states that the removal from the game occurs after the destruction.

Yes. The Personality hits the discard pile. Further, whether or not its in the game does not change that a card was, in fact, destroyed.
