Can one have Moto Chagatai XP 4 and Moto Chagatai XP 5 in play at the same time?
No. Per the definition of Unique, "A card with the Unique keyword can not enter play if any player controls a Unique card with the same title." See here.
However, you can overlay Moto Chagatai Exp 5 over Moto Chagatai Exp 4. See Experienced.
