1º Adeiko dies in a battle resolution, can she send his -3f -1c to a personality at home of the enemy???
2º Hisako can say the stronghold foro lose 2 of honor every time they bow?

Nothing in her Reaction's text restricts the location of the recipient of her token.

No. The Comprehensive Rules - Strongholds says, "Effects, targeting and costs applied to "cards" do not apply to a Stronghold unless they specifically mention the word "Stronghold."
