Is an attack declared when a player plays Ambush (for effects such as Winter Storm)?
If the Attacker's personality becomes bowed after being targeted but before being assigned, may he still be assigned? Will a card effect instructing a bowed personality to assign always fail?

So if the card says nothing of an Attack Phase, there isn't one.
