First, thank you for the clarification of Step J.
1 - Now, if I get this correctly the sequence is : CR say : Duel resolution, and the duel, now end. In order: Discard all focused cards. --> This is where both Triumph of Courage and Hachiwari trigger (Triumph to remove the cards and Hachiwari trying to attach) End any changes to their Focus Value. Each player puts any cards remaining in his or her focus pool at the bottom of his or her Fate deck in any order.
So it falls to who is active player to know what effect will be first, am I correct?
2 - Also, what happen when the duel does not resolve? Both cards trait look after Duel resolution, so in a duel without resolution neither the cards are removed from the game (Triumph of Courage) nor you can attach Hachiwari (the effect fail to resolve as there is no "after resolution" because there is no resolution) Am I also correct there?
3 - And last, regarding this (CR again): If a duel ends without resolution, the procedures in this step are still carried out before the duel ends.
Either this line was not updated to reflect Step J (ie as I read Step J, the duel end, THEN we discard the cards, end change to their focus values and put the remaining cards in the focus pool at the bottom of the deck) or I misunderstood the point were the duel ends.

So it falls to who is active player to know what effect will be first, am I correct?
Well, the Triumph of Courage effect might be activated at the same time, but it can't remove anything from the game until it would be discarded. Hachiwari says, "After this duel resolves, you may target your Personality in the duel if he is still in play, or any other of your Personalities if he is not. Attach this card to the target, waiving its Gold Cost."
So Hachiwari will alway have the opportunity to attach before any Focused Cards are normally discarded.

Yes, "after this duel resolves," effects would not trigger since the duel ended without resolution.
3 - And last, regarding this (CR again): If a duel ends without resolution, the procedures in this step are still carried out before the duel ends.
I'll clean up this "before the duel ends" phrasing.
