We play LE strict. 1. In LE strict, when i refill province with personality from Agasha Miyoshi or Family Library, i put this personality face up or face down? 2. I declare naval invasion and play my first action. May my opponent play after my first action reaction on his Advance Forces: "Reaction: After a battle this unit is in begins: Target an opposing Personality. Until the battle ends, you may target him as if he had no cards attached"? My opponent said, that he play Reaction after first opportunity to do this, so after my first battke action. I say time, or trigger, is pass, or miss.
