Hi,
I use Dark Moto Sensei. I have in play one TufTuf Sake House. I have a personality of my faction in one of my provinces during my dynasty phase. => The personality has not got the shadowland trait. Her base gold cost is 5 and she is Human. If I bow my TufTuf Sake House to produce gold for this personality, can I put it into play? Base gold cost is 5. TufTuf Sake House produce 4 gold for a human non-shadowland personality. The personality become shadowland, so her gold is reduced by one by the Dark Moto Sensei. Finaly I have paid 4 gold but the personality cost is 4. Am I wrong ?
Tuftuf Sake House Bow this card: Produce 4 Gold when paying for a non-Shadowlands Human. Dishonor him and permanently give him the Shadowlands trait. Lose 1 Honor.
(Sensei) Dark Moto Sensei Monk. Lion. Naga. Ninja. Phoenix. Unicorn. Sensei Your starting Family Honor is 0. Shadowlands cards cost 1 less Gold (minimum 0) for you. Non-Shadowlands Holdings, non-Shadowlands Personalities, and non-Shadowlands Followers cost 1 more Gold for you.
Thanks in advance, Rémi. viewtopic.php?f=59&t=65124&p=837047#p837047

That will work. The Personality gains Shadowlands in the process of paying her cost. Her cost drops to 4 and you don't need to pay any additional gold to meet that cost.
