Hi,

I use the region called : Morikage If I use Timely Arrival, Family Library or Musume Mura, do the personality get the Ninja Trait or not ? The personality was not in the province, when she arrive into the province, she appears face-up doesn't she ? If I use the Right Hand of The Empror, the provinces are filled face-up, i think the region can give the ninja trait to any personality that become in the province with Morikage attached.

The Cards : (Region) Morikage Unique When Personalities appear face-up in the Province, they permanently gain the Ninja trait.

Musume Mura Singular Limited: Bow Musume Mura to discard a card from one of your Provinces and fill it face-up with a discarded (not dead) Personality from your discard pile.

(Action) Timely Arrival Limited: Target one of your Provinces and a discarded Personality in your discard pile. Discard a card from the Province if necessary and fill it with the Personality.

(Holding) Family Library Limited: Destroy this card: Discard a target face-up card in one of your provinces, refilling it with a target discarded (not dead) Personality from your discard pile.

Thanks in advance Remi. viewtopic.php?f=59&t=65124&p=837047#p837047

That sounds about right. The card in question doesn't mention "turning face-up" or anything like that, so filling the Province face-up with a Personality should give that Personality the Ninja keyword.
