Once Encircled Terrain resolves for a battle, can I play A Test of Courage on one of my other units being sent home by this terrain to negate the movement or is it too late for me to do any more actions/reactions?
Encircled Terrain & A Test of Courage
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

The only time it's "too late" to play a Reaction is after all players have passed on taking Reactions to a trigger.
A Test of Courage negates the movement fine.
