I am sure this can not be done, but I am unable to point out the relevant rule to my friend.
Resumed Hostilities Battle: Target a Personality opposing one of your Personalities. Remove one of the target’s abilities. Draw a card. If you removed an ability, you may take an additional Battle action from a card in your hand.
If we are at Battle 1, can he use this to target units in Battle 2? As long as he has Presence at battle 1 and 2.
If we are at Battle 1, can he use (Resumed Hostilities) to target units in Battle 2? As long as he has Presence at battle 1 and 2.
