Justly Earned Victory vs Iron Tetsubo

L5R CCG Rules board, 30 January 2008 to 2 February 2008

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Which overrides which? If I have person A with 3 force, and a +4 force Iron Tetsubo attached, he is 7 force total. If Justly earned Victory is played, what is his force? 3 or 7.

Justly Earned Victory vs Iron Tetsubo: Which overrides which?

Mod reminder: When a card has mutiple actions, please specify which one you're talking about. Thanks!

Assuming we're talking about the second ability, "Negate all current Force bonuses and penalties to cards at this battlefield from actions" (emphasis added), I note that Iron Tetsubo is not an action.
