In reference to this question about Isawa's Fire and timing.
Mr Faulkes answered personalities brought into play by Isawa's Fire's limited ability, entered play simultaneously. Please may a precision be given about how to handle the fact that bringing a personality into play is considered both a sequence of five steps (with a very brief duration ?) and an instantaneous effect with no duration (since it is a change to a card's game area) ?
To be more specific about Isawa's Fire, must we follow each step : 1) sequentially for each affected personality, so that we go though one complete sequence (step A to E for Hida Bill) before stepping to another one (step A to E for Kuni Bob), but all personalities enter play simultaneously (maybe quite the same as when Gold production was simultaneous, remember the third question here) ; 2) simultaneously for all affected personalities (step A for everybody, then step B for everybody, etc.) so that - for example - paying one's cost in step C can never affect another one's restrictions on its entering play in step B ? If needed, I can submit an example of a highly unlikely game situation when it could matter...
Thanks for your help.
