Is a duel in it's entirety still part of the effect of the action that created it? Or does has the action finished resolving as soon as the duel is created? For example, if Mirumoto Kei xp uses her ability to challenge a personality, would that personality's controller have the opportunity to play red leaf cut to discard a focused card in that duel?
