I know assignment is not considered movement but if moving to a battlefield (via action)is it considered assigning? Question comes from the rules glossary entry for assign.
for example: personality moves to a battlefield after having been the target of an effect that says "if personality assigns apply -2F/-1C" personality is home prior to moving to the battlefield. Thanks.
