Searched the forums and couldn't find any relevant post, so I just have a quick question.
Can Shosuro Kyuichi Scorpion Clan • Ninja • Duelist Reaction: After an action resolves that gave a Personality a Chi penalty (including penalties from tokens): Give the Personality a -1F/-1C Poison token.
Use his reaction if I focus Strength in Shadow Style Focus Effect: If your Personality in this duel is Scorpion Clan: Lose 2 Honor. Give a Personality in the duel two -1F/-1C poison tokens. (End the duel without resolution if this destroys him.) Battle: Target one of your Scorpion Clan Samurai or Ninja: Straighten or bow a target Samurai or Ninja with equal or lower Chi and no attachments.

A Focus Effect is not an action. An action is designated by Limited, Open, Battle, or Reaction.
