The question has come up and I need a concrete ruling.
Can the attacker at a battlefield play Unexpected Reinforcements to create personalities on the opposing side? I say no, but I cannot find a rule or statement in the book or online that says why. Please link, or quote from the rules so that I can be precise with the answer next time this question is an issue. Thank you for your time.
I apologize, this is a STS card. The player who questioned me did not specify. I will re-ask when you have finished reading the cards, or the next set comes out, whichever comes first.
