Hi,
I am pretty sure that my rules interpretations are correct in these cases, but I wanted to be sure before the European Championships.
Tsimaru's text as a reminder
Reaction: Twice per turn, before a unit moves: Negate the movement
And now the questions:
1. Overwhelming Speed
Battle: Target one of your Cavalry units: Bow and move home a target enemy Infantry unit with less Force.
--> If Tsimaru negates the movement, the unit still bows, doesn't it?
2. Furious Assault
Battle: Target one of your Berserkers or bow one of your target Personalities or Followers: Lose 2 Honor. Target an enemy unit. Its controller may move it home and bow it. If it moved, it cannot move again this Combat Segment. If it did not move, destroy it after this Combat Segment ends. --> If Tsimaru negates the movement, the unit is destroyed after the combat segment ends, or isn't it?
3. Stay your blade
Battle: Bow and move home one of your target opposed Samurai Personalities: Draw three cards.
--> If Tsimaru negates the movement, can the player move it home again to pay the cost, or not?

Costs (e.g., in Stay Your Blade) are different. They have to happen to any effects to occur. Interaction of Stay Your Blade with Bayushi Tsimaru (Experienced) have been covered before: viewtopic.php?f=59&t=60461 viewtopic.php?f=59&t=60468
