Wrath Of The People and "Unaligned"

Just a followup to an earlier question:

In the thread here (http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=60057&hilit=Wrath+of+the+People), when asked about whether Master Saleh tokens receive the Wrath of the People force bonus, Zen agreed that they would get the bonus, and while I'm making a leap here, I'm guessing its because they aren't specifically named nonhuman.

Now, in the thread here (http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=62134&hilit=Wrath+of+the+People, Oni no Biru asked about Kodomo and her Unaligned status, but boldfaced Unaligned, perhaps causing confusion. He believes that your answer means that Kodomo doesn't get the Force bonus because he doesn't have the keyword, but your answer seems to me to say what I've said to him all along, which is that Kodomo and anyone who is human and doesn't have a legal Samurai Edition Clan Alignment qualifies as Unaligned for the purposes of Wrath of the People, due to the removal of the Keyword Unaligned in Samurai.

So, the question is, to be clear: Does Wrath of the People affect everyone that is human and has no legal Samurai Edition Clan Alignment, including Kodomo and Sachika (who has the Unaligned keyword)?
