So to make sure I'm following this right:
In the previously mentioned example of Hida Bob and Isawa Steve opposing each other in battle, there's only one location (location: the battlefield), not two locations (Hida Bob's Side and Isawa Steve's Side)?
A new question: Same scenario as above. If Isawa Steve moves Hida Bob to Isawa Steve's home, does any portion of control over Hida Bob transfer to Isawa Steve's player?
